The sad thing is that a couple of those really are real. For instance, there REALLY is a minimum speed limit on roads. For most roads with a speed limit of 55, the min is 35. I know this for sure because I was really irritated with a guy on a scooter that drove 35 mph all the way from woodway to pennington, and refused to pull over so traffic could go around him. So, I called the cops and they said there wasn't anything they could do so long as he was going at least 35.
